Attendee FAQs
Welcome to the Attendee FAQs for the Augusta Wild Outdoor Expo! Here, we aim to provide you with all the essential information to ensure your visit is as enjoyable and smooth as possible. Whether you’re coming alone, with friends, or with family, these FAQs are designed to help you plan your day and maximize your experience at our event.
The schedule will be posted on our official website. We regularly update it as new events are added, so check back often to stay informed about what’s happening!
The Augusta Wild Outdoor Expo is a free event. We only ask for donations that can be made online here or at the event.
The ticket price of $100 per person includes a 1-year membership to Ducks Unlimited, a sumptuous Low Country Boil dinner, and access to special raffles and silent auction items. A reserved table for ten people is available for $1,000, with seating priority given to expo sponsors.
There are several hotels from major brand chains located at I-20 exit 194, just one exit east of the venue. These offer a range of options to suit different budgets and preferences.
Yes, children are welcome at the expo, and admission for all ages is free. We are currently finalizing the details for children’s activities and events, so please check our website for updates as the event approaches.
The Columbia County Exhibition Center is fully handicap accessible, ensuring all our guests can enjoy the event comfortably and safely.
Yes, event organizers will be selling t-shirts and other SWAG, and vendors may sell their products as well as having their own raffles. Each vendor is responsible for their payment methods, which could vary, so it’s a good idea to bring both cash and cards.
We do not have facilities inside the building designated for eating. We encourage attendees to support the food truck vendors located outside the building. Soft drinks and snacks will be available for purchase inside, with all proceeds benefiting a local youth organization.
Pets are not allowed inside the building, except for service animals. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times outside the building, and it is the responsibility of the pet owner to clean up any messes.
Currently, there are no mandates in place by Columbia County, which owns the venue. We continue to monitor the situation and will update our policies as needed to ensure the safety of all attendees.
