Vendor FAQs

Registration is straightforward. You can apply online at our website, through email, or in person. Full payment and approval is needed to secure your booth(s).

We welcome products and services related to the outdoors, including fishing, hunting, biking, craftsman goods like fishing rods and knives, and much more. The key is relevance to outdoor activities.

Our focus is on outdoor activities and gear, so we do not accept vendors that would typically fit into a craft show category to maintain the event’s theme and quality.

Each space measures 10’x10’, including an 8’ table and two chairs. You can request multiple spaces or specific locations, subject to availability.

Yes, modifications are possible based on availability and the nature of the request. Cancellations are subject to our refund policy, which is a 50% refund if cancelled 60 days prior to the event.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 60 days of the event.

Vendors will have access to WiFi and 120v electrical outlets (every three booths) but must bring their own extension cords and tape for safety.

Absolutely! We encourage vendors to propose events or activities, subject to approval by the vendor committee and scheduling availability.

Vendors have a 12-hour window for setup the day before the expo and a 4-hour window for breakdown after the event concludes.

Yes, vendors will be listed on our website, with special promotions for those running events or donating raffle items. Additional opportunities are available through sponsorship.
